Tariff
A deposit of 25% is required and is non-refundable, the balance must be paid eight weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required, which is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property and return of keys and mobile phone.
Extra days are charged on a pro rata basis. Discounts are available for long winter lets and stays of three weeks or more. Please contact us for the pricings of short-term lets (four-six days).

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of a Standard Welcome Pack, air-conditioning, use of mobile phone and, for stays of two weeks or more, weekly maid and laundry service.
